Cancellation / Opt-Out
You may unsubscribe from our emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in each email. After unsubscribing, you may receive one final email confirming that your request has been processed. Once unsubscribed, you will no longer receive marketing emails from us.

Dispute Resolution
To resolve any disputes regarding your subscription or the Email Service, you and BFS Health & Performance agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting us at admin@bfsrehab.com. If resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration is an alternative to court that uses a neutral arbitrator, not a judge or jury. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings. Exceptions for small claims, intellectual property claims, or enforcement through a government agency still apply.
Modifications
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect when posted. If you do not agree to updated terms, you should unsubscribe from our emails.
