Yes, this program is suitable for someone with chronic health issues and/ or injuries. After going through assessments guided by Drs. Allison and Vinny you will be able to guide yourself through
specific movements that are meant to improve your joint mobility and/or decrease pain
you will have a deeper understanding of how and what to eat to improve your daily energy levels, sleep, and may decrease negative symptoms you experience on a regular basis (i.e. headaches, bloating, diarrhea), and

In the beginning of your Blueprint journey you will bring yourself through the preliminary self-assessments so that you can make a decision on what areas to prioritize in your joint health and nutrition. From there you will have a comprehensive, yet simple, program to guide you to meet your goals.
Throughout the program you will have access to weekly live calls with Drs. Allison and Vinny to have your questions and concerns addressed. You will also be in the exclusive Facebook community to lean on for extra support and guidance throughout your journey.

Allison and Vinny put this program together in the first place. They wanted to help high-achieving individuals that are looking to optimize their health and lifestyle so they can show up better for those they serve.
You can expect to move the needle forward in the area of your lifestyle that is of biggest concern and highest priority. After going through a specialized assessment to address our three pillars of health Mobility, Strength, and Nutrition you will have a better sense of what you want to prioritize and there will be a plan laid out for you based on your needs. If you use the program as designed, we would expect for you to see an improvement in how you feel, subjectively, on a daily basis, as well as seeing improvement in objective measurements.
No, there aren’t any dietary restrictions or requirements for the program. You will be given guidance to optimize your lifestyle, whatever that means to you. The nutrition section of this program is designed to help develop a healthy relationship with food that fits your busy schedule with no restrictions on hard rules, only guidelines.
The Female Vitality Blueprint was designed with the idea of setting realistic expectations in mind. Because of that, the program is designed to be completed at your own pace. If you miss a live call, they will all be recorded for you to view whenever it fits your busy schedule. The private Facebook community is there for you as you need and participation is highly encouraged. We all know that life can put a hard stop to our momentum, but don’t beat yourself up about missing a call or falling behind- the key is that you can get yourself back onto a consistent schedule and we are here to help.
In the Female Vitality Blueprint you will measure your own progress. There will be subjective and objective assessments done before, during, and after the program so you can test and retest as often as you’d like on your own.
After completing the Female Vitality Blueprint program you will have a few options of how you’d like to continue. There is a membership option to maintain your membership in the facebook group, which includes access to the weekly calls, and there is also an option to work 1:1 with the doctors.
