We have brought in University of Arizona Performance Enhancement Coach Day Munoz, MSc, CSCS, to write the entire training program for your athletes this summer. Coach Day oversees the Strength and Conditioning for Women’s Triathlon, Women and Men’s Swim and Dive, Men’s Golf and more at the University of Arizona.

I’ve been working out at Thrive for 8 months and it's helped me with a dramatic transformation of my health and fitness. The biggest thing for me is that there is a community of people and trainers that support you in staying motivated and on track. They also mix up the exercises to keep it fresh and focus on the "why" rather than just the physical movements. Another thing that sets Thrive apart is its focus on people as we age and people who have physical limitations or nagging injuries.
